I view our work together as highly collaborative.

We all have innate wisdom within us; yet complex trauma histories or difficult life experiences can lead us to doubt ourselves, our emotions, and our experiences. This can show up as anxiety, self-criticism, over-intellectualizing, over-empathizing, experiencing overwhelming shame and guilt, and disconnection from ourselves and others. I assist clients in gently exploring and healing these deep-rooted patterns by developing insight into how early experiences shape the way they feel, connect, and navigate their inner and relational worlds.

I deeply honor the ways that your body has learned to adapt to scary, lonely, uncertain, or inconsistent environments. My job is to assist you in exploring your survival mechanisms while acknowledging that all protective parts have positive intentions. I work best with clients who are committed to the process, open to self-reflection and exploration of their inner worlds, and willing to engage with the deeper layers of their experience—even when it feels challenging.

Choice, trust, and collaboration are at the forefront of my practice. If you’re looking for a secure, stable, and committed base, you’ve come to the right place.

I weave together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic attunement, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) depending on what might feel the most supportive for you. I have found that the integration of IFS and EMDR has been exceptionally transformative for folks feeling stuck in long-standing patterns and ready to make meaningful change.

I applaud your bravery in seeking out support. If it feels resonant, or you're curious to hear more about what our work could look like together, please reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
