EMDR Intensives are extended, 3-4 hour therapy sessions designed to help you focus deeply on a specific issue, pattern, or belief that continues to show up in your life. Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives offer dedicated time to slow down, go deeper, and work with what feels most important—without losing momentum between sessions.

This format is especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck in traditional therapy, who have insight into their struggles but haven’t experienced lasting change, or who are looking for a more focused and personalized healing experience.

Process for an intensive:

  • We begin with a free, 15 minute consultation call to learn more about your needs, answer any questions you may have, and determine if an intensive is right for you

  • Then, we have a 90-minute intake session, where I learn more about what you hope to focus on in the intensive

  • After your intensive, I provide ongoing support by offering:

    • A check-in call a week after your intensive

    • 1-hour follow-up sessions as needed
